Using a program like FO4Edit, you can even see leftover cut content in the base files of the vanilla game. We are seeing through Bethesda's failures/dirty tricks and I really don't think it's fair that they cut tons of content only to make us pay for it later. It's also a pertinent consumer / ethics issue at play here. I wonder what some of Bethesda's developers have to say in response to the situation of modders restoring their (un)planned work to the public? I for one think it's amazing. Maybe they would have included these things in the game, if they could. I think it's a special thing to be able to resurrect the cut and in a sense lost artistic content that the developers of Fallout 4 worked on.
